Introduction

Facebook latest and greatest feature has been producing mixed feeling from it’s users, but the strain seems to be more towards positivity. Although I am not a big fan of the “Timeline” feature, here is a short guide on how to do it.

Step 1: Visit the timeline about page
Go to http://www.facebook.com/about/timeline and click the green button saying “Get Timeline” at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Step 2: Wait 7 days for your timeline page to be public
After clicking “Get Timeline”, you will be the only person who can see your timeline page for 7 days.
According to Facebook, this is to allow users to decide whether they want to keep the Timeline feature.
